5 Steps for a smooth and radiant skin

Simple but effective steps for a flawless complexion that doesn’t need high-coverage makeup:
1.Gentle cleansing
You don’t have to put on makeup every day to get rid of makeup! The skin collects dust, sebum, impurities, dead cells and, over time, loses its shine. Moreover, the active substances in serums or creams no longer penetrate the skin due to this barrier.
So, use micellar water, washing gel, cleansing milk in the morning and evening - whatever you prefer for cleansing the skin, followed by a mandatory step to "seal" the skin: a tonic lotion that minimizes the pores and gives the skin a clean and smooth appearance.
Cleansing oil can be also a good idea in the cold season, when the skin needs extra hydration. It removes excess sebum, nourishes the skin and balances the skin with a tendency to gain weight.

5.Get yourself enough sleep!
A good sleep cannot be replaced by the most advanced cosmetic formulas, so if you want beautiful skin, make sure you get some rest. And eliminate as much as you can the sources of stress or at least opt as often as possible for ways and methods of relaxation: candles, reiki, massage etc.
