Summer peeling

Face peeling – 3 delicate methods, for summer!
The deep exfoliation procedures are indicated to be interrupted over the summer, but you can keep in your beauty routine a light form of skin peeling, for brightness and freshness.
Exfoliation of the skin leaves behind a sensitized, fragile tissue, which under the action of strong ultraviolet rays, wind and pollution, burns easily, it becomes irritated and hyperpigmented. Therefore, in summer and especially with two weeks before holidays, it is good to put on hold dermabrasion procedures, chemical peels and laser treatments. However, in order to prevent wrinkles, smooth the skin and remove impurities and dead cells that clog pores, you can keep the following gentle exfoliation techniques in your daycare routine - with some precautions, of course.
Exfoliation with mild acids and vitamin C
Keep in the habit of applying serums with Alpha-hydroxyl acids (AHA) - for dry or sensitive skin, Beta-hydroxyl acids (BHA) - for oily skin with a tendency to acne, and Vitamin C (in its purest and most effective form, L-Ascorbic Acid, most easily absorbed by the skin). These substances will stimulate the natural exfoliation of the skin, as well as the production of collagen, giving the skin a radiant, rejuvenated appearance.
Exfoliation with fine particles
In the morning cleansing routine, apply once or twice a week a face exfoliant, on a slightly damp face or in the shower. You can massage the face, the neck and décolleté with this product, and your skin will be brighter and smoother.
Exfoliation with facial brush
To remove dead cells and stimulate blood circulation, especially when you feel your face is tired and dull, a quick solution may be to use a skin brush, mechanical or electric. Massage the skin in circular motions. You can use the brush during the cleansing process, for deep cleansing of the pores, or when applying creams and serums, to stimulate the absorption of active substances beneficial for the skin, contained by them.
BE CAREFUL! Regardless of the method of exfoliating the skin that you keep in your summer routine, apply a cream with SPF 50 during the day, to protect your fine skin from sunburn and hyperpigmentation!
